How the season works
Your season runs January 1 through December 31. Whatever status you earn is yours the moment you earn it — and it stays yours through the end of next season, so a big spring never expires on you by fall. Every January the ladder resets and a new season starts. Defend your title.

The Doubleheader
Once or twice a season, we open the gates for members only. For one weekend, your member pricing stacks on top of sale pricing — two discounts, back to back, the only time all season you get both. Invites go out by email. If you’re not on the list, you’re not in the building.

Questions, answered
Do I have to be a landscaper to join?
No — that’s the whole point. Pro status at MulchPros is earned by anyone who keeps coming back, and most of our members are homeowners. Status comes from showing up, not from what’s on your trailer.
Is my card information safe?
We never see or store your card number. When you make your first purchase as a member, the card you use is saved securely by Stripe, our payment processor, so future checkouts are one tap. You can add, remove, or change cards anytime under My Account → Payment methods — and your card is only ever charged for orders you place.
What happens if I unsubscribe from emails?
The unsubscribe link always works, and any pricing you’ve earned stays yours. But Doubleheader invites, early-access drops, and status alerts all arrive by email — so you’ll keep your discount and miss the parties.
When does the season reset?
The season is the calendar year. Status you earn is held through December 31 of the following year, and the ladder resets every January.
Does member pricing stack with sales or coupons?
No — you automatically get whichever price is better, so you never have to do the math. The one exception is the Doubleheader, when member pricing stacks with sale pricing for the weekend.
Does delivery count?
Member pricing applies to products; delivery fees are never discounted and don’t count toward your season spend.
How do I check my status?
Season stats, in My Account — your spend so far, how close you are to the next tier, and the date your status is good through.
Do phone and text orders count toward status?
Every order on your account counts, no matter how you place it.
