Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Mulch Pros Landscape Supply is committed to making your purchase easy and worry-free. Whether you buy at the yard or have material delivered, we offer a generous return window, quick refund processing, and a clear cancellation policy.

Our promise

180 days. No restocking fees.

Return unused material in the same condition you received it, within 180 days of purchase, and you get a full refund. That applies whether you picked it up or we delivered it.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective product, provided:

  • The product is in new, unused, original condition.
  • The return is made in person at the yard, 7404 Majors Road, Cumming.
  • It is within 180 days of purchase.
  • You can show proof of purchase.

Bagged product, bulk material and landscape supplies must show no sign of use, spreading, contamination, weathering or installation.

Inspect before we unload

You are welcome to look the load over before it comes off the truck. That is the easiest moment to fix anything.

  • If you turn the load away for a reason that is not our error, the delivery trip fee still applies — the truck and driver already made the run.
  • Once material is unloaded we cannot reload or retrieve it, under any circumstances.
  • If you decide later that you want to return it, you are welcome to — but you would need to bring it back yourself, at your own cost, and it still has to be in new, unused condition.

If we got the order wrong, that is on us. Call and we will make it right.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued within one business day of inspection.
  • No restocking fees, ever.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order that has not yet been delivered or picked up.

  • Product cost is refunded in full.
  • No restocking fees.
  • If the delivery has already been dispatched or attempted, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • Once material has been unloaded the order can no longer be cancelled, and the return policy above applies instead.

Consistency

This policy matches the return details filed with Google Merchant Center and applies to every purchase — online, by phone, or at the yard.
