Mulch Pros Landscape Supply is committed to making your purchasing experience easy and worry-free. Whether you buy in-store or have materials delivered, we offer a generous return window, quick refund processing, and a clear cancellation policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Product is in new, unused, and original condition

Return is made in-store at a Mulch Pros location

Return is completed within 180 days of purchase

Proof of purchase is provided
Bagged products, bulk materials, and landscape supplies must not show signs of use, spreading, contamination, weathering, or installation.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased directly from our retail location are eligible for return or exchange if they are:

Unused

In new condition

Returned within 90 days
Delivery Orders & Inspection at Delivery
You may inspect your materials before unloading.

If you reject the product for any reason unrelated to an error by Mulch Pros, the delivery trip fee still applies.

Once the material is unloaded, we cannot reload or retrieve it under any circumstances.

If you later wish to return the material, you must return it yourself, at your own expense.
Returned items must still meet the new, unused requirement.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 1 business day after inspection.

No restocking fees.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless Mulch Pros made an error.
Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations for orders that have not yet been delivered or picked up.

Product cost is refunded in full.

No restocking fees are charged.

If a delivery has already been dispatched or attempted, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Once materials have been unloaded, the order can no longer be canceled and is instead subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Policy Consistency
This policy matches the return details submitted to Google Merchant Center and applies to all purchases.
